The North Lakes Suites operates premium private suites for health, beauty and wellness professionals at 3/23 Discovery Drive, North Lakes QLD 4509. This policy explains how we handle personal information, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email address and phone number
- Enquiry details, including your business type and preferred start date
- Suite rental enquiry details — your business background and requirements, whether you hold the licences and insurance your services require, the name you type to acknowledge our terms, and the IP address the form was sent from
- Event registration details, including any dietary requirements you tell us
- Member records — agreements, invoices, payments and maintenance requests
- Website analytics data, collected in aggregate through cookies
Why we collect it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, arrange inspections, manage suite agreements and billing, run events, and — where you have opted in — send you occasional updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security
Information is stored on secured servers and access is limited to staff who need it to do their job. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.
